Today, companies charge so much money for video services, but we are here to prove that a professional video product does not need to cost a small fortune. Most companies charge a significant amount for nothing. Generally, it will cost nearly $1000 for a single-camera, un-edited, single-video recording of your wedding. If you want additional cameras, a fully edited product, and additional copies of the finished product, the cost could easily rise to over $2000! Monarch Productions also specializes in last-minute arrangements. Some companies require a booking time of six months, or even up to a year in advance. Can I see samples of your work?
Yes, we can schedule an appointment to meet, or you can contact us and request a sample DVD.
Do you provide a written contract?
Yes, a written contract is required to hold the date of your event, and will be signed by both parties.
How much notice is required for booking?
There is no minimum notice time, but note that booking is based on availability.
How much of a deposit is due?
A $500 Deposit is due within 2 weeks of a signed contract to hold the date of your wedding / event.
When is the balance due?
The remaining balance can be paid at any time, but is due the day of your wedding / event. Payment must be made in cash if paid on the day of the wedding.
How soon will I receive my finished DVD?
A finished copy for your review will generally be delivered within 4-8 weeks of the date of the event.
Can I obtain duplicates of my DVD at a later time?
Yes, additional copies are available. We try to keep a permanent master copy of all weddings on file.
How many cameras will be used?
We will use up to four, 3-CCD, Mini-DV cameras, depending on the wedding package / optional add-ons.
How do you dress at the ceremony / reception?
Our videographers will be in traditional business attire (shirt, tie, etc...)
How many videographers will be present?
This may vary based on need and package choice, but there will be up to two videographers present at all weddings.
